Of course we hope that you are happy with the planners and can use them well. If something goes wrong, you can always email us at hello@mushinplanner.com.

Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds can be given under any circumstances once the download link has been used. You can only request a refund if the download link has not yet been used. This can be done via hello@mushinplanner.com, and within 14 days of purchase.
